Founded in 2023, Michigan Wealth & Asset Management (MWAM) aims to address the lack of representation of wealth and asset management careers on campus. MWAM focuses on immersing members in the financial world through education, professional development, and portfolio management.

MWAM places high priority on member education. Our weekly education sessions and frequent guest speaker events provide a strong educational foundation for members, even those with little to no prior knowledge.
Our weekly professional development sessions focus on providing members with the tools to position themselves for success in the future. We aim to make financial careers more accessible for each of our members.
MWAM manages a student-run portfolio of assets which are pitched to the club by teams of members. Through this process, we hope to guide our newer members through the process of sourcing and pitching their investment ideas.
